I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lily AI (Palo Alto, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Chat with the CTO over coffee at Blue Bottle at Palo Alto, conversation about the company; nothing technical. CTO asked me if I'd ever done "this or that." Nothing technical.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lily AI
Interview
A recruiter contacted me and said they saw my profile on LinkedIn and it seemed like I was a good fit for a role they had open. They set up an interview with me and someone like a VP and the entire interview was just pumping me for information about my current company and how we did things. At some point I caught on and just started making up answers (they didn’t seem to catch on). I mentioned this to someone else I knew at another company and they said the same thing happened to them. I never heard from them again.

Question 1
Does your company use agile? (All questions were about the company, no questions about me and no discussion of the job).

Interview Process: Hiring Manager, Programming, System Design, and LLM Interview
I would advise caution when engaging with this company. They repeatedly failed to honor their own timelines, consistently extending deadlines without clear communication. It gave the impression that there was no clear decision-maker involved in the process.
