Meeting with person who would be my supervisor. Later met many of the people who ran the company including the founder/owner, legal counsel, COO, and CFO among others. Was able to visit actual building sites and up-and-running rental units.

Before the interview process, they use a very rudimentary and antique system where they ask candidates to test for basic english, typing speed, etc, that speaks about the company's culture and old school mentality. Given I was applying for a senior role, I refused to fill the entire test it was an absolute waste of time, specially since it was used even before I had a conversation with the hiring manager and see if I personally would be interested in that role.
