Ghosted after 4 rounds of interviews. There is obviously a disconnect between Senior and Middle Management. However, it's clear that Senior Management knows what they want and what they are looking for. They are looking to build a strong bio-tech culture in the company and are generally not keen on bringing in industry outsiders.
