      Software Engineer Interview

      21 Sept 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LifeOmic (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sept 2018

      Interview

Had a 45 minute video conference followed by a 3 hour on-site interview. Before the onsite interview I was given a coding challenge to complete, it was fairly simple but took a little longer for me since I'm not familiar with React. The onsite interview involved video conferencing with various members of the team. They had me bring my laptop and do some live coding for them. I was very pleased with how the interview was conducted, I felt like all the questions they asked were fair assessments of my knowledge in a given category. Everyone was extremely friendly and helped set my nerves at ease.
