Interview process was pretty typical for sales jobs at major fortune 500 companies. You will have an initial phone interview if your resume makes it through the HR screening process. Telephone interview, branch interview, and final interview. Extensive background check is typical so I would make sure that all Linkedin and resume dates match up because info is submitted for licensing (this is typical in the Insurance industry). Process took some time as do most major corporate jobs so don't expect to interview and begin working the next day.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
