Applied online. Phone screen with recruiter. Called in for a presentation with a couple of hiring managers, If interested in the position have a 1 on 1 with the recruiter after the presentation. Called back a few days later to speak with 2 hiring managers offered the position following the interview.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
