Applied through Linkedin online, Received a phone call from the internal recruiter who went through a phone screen, Was invited in by the recruiter for the first round interview. I met with four different people who had different titles for about 2 hours total. I was invited back for a second round where I met with three additional people with higher positions.

They asked about past experience and what I could bring to the team.
Human resources interview over the phone to start then 3 interviews in the same day in the office with managers. Asking similar questions and different ones with good conversation. .

Screening with HR then followed up with interviews with managers on the team. 5 in total. Mostly conversation based, some generic interview questions. All my interviews were done remotely over teams.

All behavioral questions. Be a good story teller. The interview did require some technical accounting questions. Pretty basic accounting 101. They want you to know about the industry and how the company generates revenue. Basically they invest their money from the insurance premiums they receive from customers.
