Recruiter interview at school- asked behavioral questions and scenarios from past work experiences. Overall it was a positive experience, the recruiter was very laid-back. He made notes on my resume when I answered for career goals. Did not get an offer.

The company paid for me to fly from Florida to Dallas,TX. The interview went well with a job shadow, but I do not like that they ask you only behavioral questions.
