Hiring process took about a month. Phone interview, face-to-face interview with branch manger, then face-to-face interview with zone manager. Lengthy interview process but very straight forward. Didn't throw out any curveballs. Just be confident and have a pipeline of potential customers and you should be just fine with the company.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
