I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Beaverton, OR)
Interview
I had a 45 minute phone interview with a recruiter from Texas . She asked me questions about my experience in insurance and then asked me how I would generate leads for them. She told me I was great candidate and the local office manager would call me in a few days for a follow up in person interview. I never got the call from them and was not given an opportunity to interview in person. Even with 5 years of insurance history.

Question 1
They asked questions in 3 parts: background, behavioral/work style and then a role play. Followed by feedback on what I could do better/what they liked. I've done a lot of interviews and this was the hardest one yet.

It was a job fair. They did round robin type interviews after an hour long presentation of the company. I was able to interview with two interviewers. I felt one went really well. I never heard from them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Discussion on resume, interest for industry, and process. Also the pay structure with Liberty mutual. Position is salary, then it transitions to commission base which is not competitive with other big insurance companies that provide a higher salary and bonuses and does not go to 100% commission.
