I submitted my application online. Roughly three weeks later I received an email to schedule a phone interview later that week. The phone interview lasted about 40 minutes. It began with a general description of the position and the training program, which was to begin in January with 4 positions available. The interviewer then asked me questions about my resume. She asked me probably 6 to 8 behavioral questions, focused on persuasion and getting results. When I asked about a timeline, she said she would give this information to the hiring manager at the specific location and the hiring manager would decide which candidates to interview. She also said to expect a call 2 weeks later. After I didn't hear anything for 4 weeks, I assumed it was a no go, but received another phone call saying that the January program had been filled, but she wanted me to schedule an interview in March for a June position. I declined.
