Phone interview followed by an in person interview if accepted. 3rd interview took one hour and 45 minutes. Extremly easy job description video that follows. Asked "What do you think?". No brainer...easy.
One new hire recruiter with experienced recruiter from corporate doing the interviewing. Really do not know what they were looking for with such a lengthy interview when you constantly see them interviewing for the same position day after day month after month.
