Had 4 interviews in about 3 weeks, first the HR director, then bdr manager, then the sales director, and head of people HR. The role was entry level and I felt I was a good fit, but was rejected
The interview process is pretty straightforward- 3 rounds of interviews. 1st with recruiter, 2nd hiring manager, 3rd head of sales. They we're warm and welcoming. Not a lot or prep is required.
