Okay..rigorous questions,series of test...diff stages of interview. Panel interview, one on one. Psychometric test, evaluation and what have you.
I met with HR, Head HR, CEO, and panel interview.
It was okay..just go prepared and put your mind at ease.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leventis (Lagos) in Nov 2010
Interview
First interview is Skype based. The next step is visit for face to face discussions. Normally recruits thru Referrals. Hence process is not difficult. Important to understand work environment and Organization culture.
