Interview
Recruiting company called and I spoke to the man briefly he was very helpful and upbeat. He got me in contact with the Lenovo employee who would be my future Manager. I had a short interview with future manager about 10 minutes on the phone. About a week later I set up a 30 minute interview with same person. He was very transparent and told me there were two other very competitive candidates. He called me back a few days later to let me know I was chosen and I accepted the job offer.

Behavioral questions are asked and discussion on resume and your skills and relevant coursework, clear process where recruiter reaches out to you clearly and has a phone screen first to get to know you.

Interview
I had 2 rounds of interview, technical and HR round. Technical round was basically on the languages for the position following with conversation of company profile, role, work culture etc.
HR round was mostly behavioral questions including expectations from the company and other clarifications. If your communication are good with convincing and clear answers then you are good to go.
Hiring team was supportive and I had positive experience.
it was very smooth and good. you should be good at your technical skills and communication skills. then everything will be good. be confident about your answer and do not lie.
