Requested the most detailed, time-consuming collection of information and analysis I have ever seen. Required 8-12 hours of case study, Q&A, application paperwork plus posting a 5-minute YouTube video about 5-S implementation. Onsite was 2-day affair with presentation, Q&A and panel presentation. After 12 hours preparation, 48 hours onsite, lunch and discussion with 6-person panel I received a stock rejection email 2-weeks later. Total process was nearly 35-days. Communication prior to rejection was warm, open and friendly. Communication after interview was direct and simple. I would not apply again due solely to rapid reversal of communication and friendliness after the interview.
