Interview
I applied through kampus merdeka website for the KAM intern position. After that, I was scheduled for the user interview process and got the feedback within the same day. I got the interview invitation, do the interview and got the feedback all in 1 day.
The interview was relatively standard: you walk through your previous experience and answer situational questions. The Interview process was 3 rounds from HR, to direct manager, followed by department lead.
It was too lengthy and all F2F. Waste of time and inefficient process - with a lot of repetition and quite an attitude as well. The directors were unpleasant and the interviewers seem uninterested.
