Lantec interview questions

The interview was very simple. The recruiter explained about the company and the role. She asked me to talk about my past experiences, if I had to deal with any difficult customer and how I did to solve the problem.

Contact through an agency (not Lantec's) with 2xface2face interviews; one with the Operations Manger and the second with Operations Director. Not once was I offered a drink not even a glass of water and all you see is the small board room. The culture seemed to be very aggressive with the interview being more about how much the interviewer knew rather than trying to assess the candidate.;
