Land O'Lakes interview questions

The interview process consisted of a written application, phone screener, online aptitude test (logic and personality), remote interview, and in person interview. In total, the process took over two months.

I just completed a screening interview with a recruiter on April 21, 2026. She was very nice, and it felt more conversational. She was also very transparent and informative. I really enjoyed our conversation, and I look forward to the next stage!
