Pros

I wasn't looking for a job at the time but I had a friend who worked for LOL. She said it was one of the best companies she's ever worked for and she found a job on their web-site that she knew I would qualify for due to my past work experience. I applied for the job, was contacted within a day, had 4 interviews scheduled immediately and was offered the job! The people I interviewed with along with the people I work with now are some of the friendliest, most inclusive people I've ever worked with, and I have almost 40 years of work experience. This company gets it right!! I love what I do and it's great being able to work from the comfort of my own office.

Cons

My only "con" would be that I don't work close enough to the corporate office to be able to pop in and sit down with our team if I feel I need to but that's minimal compared to the "pros".

Pros

Benefits are amazing, Pay is more than fair for the job, Hours are usually reasonable, Job growth opportunities, Yearly raise, Contract reevaluating every 5 years (IIRC)

Cons

Weekends/overtime opportunities can sometimes be overwhelming, Being a union position, you often find others don't get reprimanded for bad work practices, Under informed new hires / unprepared

The pay is great, the benefits are good, company 401 k match and retirement contribution

No room for advancement, Senior Management oblivious to what’s going on. Senior management don’t see through the phony Managers who act like they know what’s going on but don’t.

Paycheck does not reflect the amount of work handle even though pays 23.15 a hour but with tax and company insurance you don't make much.

Very inclusive. Leadership is extremely personable. They treat their employees with dignity and respect.
