Interview
I applied online followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager after two weeks. Received an email for on-site interview with 8 people including directors and scientists, 15 minutes for each person.

Question 1
Could you work at night and on the weekend? What are your difficulties in doing research? What is your teamwork experience?
Phone interview and then an in person interview at the site followed by a tour of the facility. Interviewed with the whole research team one on one within the span of a few hours.
