Interview
Brief, with the CEO or COO—the two owners of the small company. Called into the office, very casual, didn't seem to be anybody else interviewing that day. The entire business as a whole must be around 80 people, so I'm not terribly sure they are hiring all the time.

Question 1
Why you are a good fit/Why you want to work in IT. Overall, very general questions. But, engineering jobs were certainly more specific/technical questions.
