LNS Research interview questions

Two and a half hours on Zoom trying to get a word in edgewise with 2 other candidates (one of whom was allowed to interrupt and ramble on for up to 20 minutes at a time). When I finally was able to share my experience, which was clearly outlined in my resume, they told me I wasn't qualified for the job, but I could take their "quiz" to determine how much they were willing to pay me if I wanted to study tax law.
