Recruited via LinkedIn InMail. Had one e-meeting with VP to assess emotional intelligence and experience with career transition skills, started with next bench of consultants. Must pass a background check before officially hired.

How to handle a clients employee after they’ve been laid off?
It was an online one on one behavioural and values type of interview. The interviewer made me feel quite comfortable with initial small talk and relevant experience overview. She provided time to answer my questions as well.

Several meetings with more candidates to learn about the company and its methodology. At the same time you are being evaluated. Finally you make a presentation for the other people so you communication abilities are shown. After that, a final personal interview.
