I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LB Group (Chelmsford, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The process was around an hour long with extensive questions being asked on CV.
The questions being asked was about my day to day role and finding out if it aligned with the current position going available.
2 stages, though a recruitment agency, insufficient information provided via recruiter on benefits and proposition, very much going in blind, and no tangible reason as to why I should work there, I went though the process a I could see they were Investing in growth though investor backing however, went along for a chat and felt like they wanted me to jump though hoops as to why I should work there when the recruiter approached me, why should I work for you? I work for a top tier firm, no feedback via recruiter which is poor form after investing in a process. Company needs to focus on candidate experience and making candidates feel human and valued
In the current market.
