The first interview was with manager where he explained the job description, 2nd interview was with principal architect, we had peer programming round and then 3rd interview was again with the manager where he shared joining info

It was peer programming round so there weren't any tough questions, I didn't know mongo db so the interview revolved around how good am I at learning new things(in this case mongo db)
