I was contacted by a recruiter. The HR did phone screening asked about background and a couple of questions to determine culture fit. Once they liked it they followed up with an on-site interview with a team of 3 interviewers individually including hiring manager. They each spent ~30mins talking in general the process, work culture etc. Each interviewer gave an opportunity to ask them questions. Pretty basic conversations about cosmetic product safety assessments.
