Il processo di selezione da L'Oréal è molto efficace. Da subito, il Talent Recruiter mi ha messa a mio agio, dandomi consigli molto utili per gli steps successivi. Il colloquio con i managers è strutturato molto bene, con domande standard. Credo sia uno dei processi di selezione migliore che abbia mai fatto!
