I was recruited in a career fair at my university. We did a group panel where you had to first introduce yourself and then in groups complete a business case that you later had to present in front of the class. A few days after the group panel, there was a second interview in person this time with the HR Manager of the area you were applying for. Then another interview this time with the head of the Marketing department where you where given some panels with sales numbers from the industry and you had to make conclusions of the current situation and comments, which was fun, also comments on a range of products. Finally there was a final set of interviews, one with the head of HR in this case of FMCG and two marketing directors of the brand (In this case L'Oréal Paris.
