I recently interviewed for a digital marketing position at L'Oreal and found the entire process to be highly positive and efficient. My journey started with an initial conversation with HR, who were very professional and helpful. They assessed my skills and background and thoughtfully referred me to another, more fitting position, which demonstrated their commitment to placing candidates where they can excel.

Eerst een assessment daarna een meeting met HR hierna een meeting met je toekomstige manager, gaat vooral om de klik tussen jou en de persoon die je interviewt. Belangrijke vragen zijn wanneer je in een lastige positie zat en hoe je daaruit bent gekomen, waarom L’Oréal, wat zijn je sterke en zwakke punten.

I had 2 rounds of interview, and was asked about past experiences and industry insights. The HR and supervisor were nice and professional. It was not easy, I need to went through my past internship experiences all over and prepare for the possible questions. But I got the internshio anyway.
