Three round interview, it was done efficiently all in one day. The interviewers valued personality and unique character. Must be a good conversational and presentation speaker. Last round is more technical
It was a good and productive interview. They had expectations of knowledge about accounting. One person each from both the accounting department and human resources attended. It was more of an interview about getting to know me. They didn't ask very challenging questions.

Do you have any previous experience with this subject?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Berkeley Heights, NJ) in Feb 2014
Interview
Phone interview - Why do want to work for L'oreal? - it is a private sector so hard to say if they expect you to get CPA. I didn't know how to answer questions regarding public or private sector; if you tell them you almost have CPA then they may not like it because you may apply to "big four" after completing summer internship. Hard to answer why not public accounting, and why in particular you want to go private accounting with L'oreal..! especially if you have good grades, mine is 3.94 - Rutgers.
