Very good and supportive process, with really good guidance on what they are looking for and how they are as a business. Format was competency based using a STARE analysis

Interview
Layered interview process. You typically start with an HR interview and then further interviews with your inline manager and group director.
The process can be long and they do take time to get back to you.
People are friendly though once in touch with you amd they try to answer all your questions.
