Staffing agency submitted my resume for this position. A phone screen was conducted approximately 3 days later. The phone screen was with an intern (which the company has a lot of). The staffing agency contacted me a few days later to tell me that the company wanted me to come in for an onsite interview. Meet with a senior level manager. I could tell early in the interview that the company was not a good fit.
