The store I applied to was the Regent street flagship store.
I applied on their website and two days later I received a call asking me to attend an interview. The interview took place 2 days later in the Regent street store in the cafe upstairs and was really chilled & relaxed - felt like a casual chat. Definitely recommend you to search up their history and products.
The interview lasted approx 20mins- it went by really quickly, questions asked were really easy- it included= tell me about yourself? what do you know about L'occitane? why do you want to work at L'occitane? Have you been to any L'occitane stores before? How was the customer service you experienced there? What do you think makes good customer service? Tell me about a time where you experienced excellent customer service? What would you do if a customer asks you for a product but it is out of stock?
I was then asked to sell a product to her (either a hand cream or skincare product)- I would recommend you to demonstrate it on the back of her hand.
