I was asked about myself and why I liked the brand and company. I was also asked some situational questions that were based on different scenarios especially during busy shop times.

Asked about my experience with skin care and went through a sales exercise where I needed to recommend and apply a l’occitane product. Interview took place in a local coffee shop.

Easy interview with scenario questions. The interview was long but thorough. They asked about wage expectations and previous salaries. The scariest questions were easy enough and I even had to sell one of their products to them.
