Informal but warm. Sat with owners and discussed the job and my abilities. Also met future team members who would also ask questions about my experience. Took a tour around the store to familiarize myself with all of the product.

Standard process. Got a call directly from owner.One round interview.Meet with owner and receiving coordinator. Pretty conversational. Owner describe the job duty and expectation. Focusing on resume and working experience. Not hard.
