I applied online. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme in Nov 2018
Interview
Initially I applied through Indeed, sent my cv then answered a few basic questions. I was then invited to the assessment day (where I could choose a time and day from the list), I attended the assessment day which was super relaxed (the key thing in this assessment day is they want to see how much you stand out and make sure you're always contributing and not being quiet, confidence is key), there was a very short/casual 1 on 1 interview at the end but don't worry and be confident. I was emailed a few hours later saying that I have been offered a position and they will call me in the next few days (even though I will say they said they would call if you are offered and email if you are rejected)
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Brent, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
spoke to the shop manager in the seating area. very casual interview, lasted for only 15 minutes. manager was a bit unprofessional. The questions were random and unrelated to the job. Communication was confusing, and there was no clear outline of expectations. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and disorganised.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Feb 2025
Interview
Short interview in which the interviewer asked mainly about what you’d do in a range of hypothetical scenarios in store and if I’d had any experience working in a team, in retail, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a customer really needed to recive their order but the card machine stopped working?
The interview process was very lengthy and it took a lot of time activities were done which was not that necessary for the role and questions were asking like why you want to work here
