I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Korn Ferry in Feb 2022
Interview
First Step: 30 minuted phone interview. The recruiter described in depth Korn Ferry, the Client for this RPO position and the position itself - also mentioning salary budget. Then she proceeded with general questions about my previous experiences. Very friendly conversation and easy basic questions.
Second step: 1 hour Teams interview with Internal Hiring Manager. This this I talked with the Team Manager of the group working for the client. Once again she went over the Client’s needs, the postion pros and cons, my previous experiences going more into detail from the previous interview.
Once again very friendly conversation.
Third step: online assessement. I was sent and online test that covered both reading comprehension and psychological attitude.
Fourth step: 30 minutes video interview with the Client. This time we focused first on my career and then went over a few things about the position.
Started with the first step on a Thursday and ended with the fourth on the next Wednsday, so overall very quick process. Unfortunately it took over a month after this to get a final feedback but I had been in touch with the recruiters and it seems like it was more of a Client issue.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What kind of profiles did you recruit?
How many processes you handled at once?
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.
