Interview
I had an interview with a senior designer and a director from the design department at Konrad Group. The HR manager kindly gave me a company tour before the interview, which was really great. They asked me questions about my educational background, and what I was passionate for as a UI/UX designer, etc. Then I showcased my portfolio.

What do you pursue the most as a product designer?
Laidback and supportive. You feel like you are interacting with real people who have lives and passions within the company but also outside of it. The person that interviewed me was easy to talk to and felt like he was really there to get ot know you.

Interview
I did a 30-min phone screen interview. The questions were typical and nothing unexpected. Future rounds include portfolio reviews and a design challenge.
Recruiter said they will check if Konrad accepts my work authorization. I followed up twice, they always said they would have an answer in a few days. Never got a reply after a month and just gave up.

Interview
After I applied, there was an initial screening call around 2 months later. After this, the process was pretty fast-paced. There was a portfolio review with 2 senior designers and then an 8 hour virtual design challenge around 2 weeks after.
