I did an interview more than an two years ago however and I saw that the position is now open again. I did the whole interview process, including the trial days, just to get rejected with a contradictory excuse. Their website is still showing the same process that I went through which is why I decided to write my experience. The whole job description were really nice and it did seem to be a nice and challenging place but the process was exhausting. The trial days were completely unnecessary and it could have done it in a way that it didn't feel like I was doing free work for them. The whole trial days experience felt like you were already working there in an extremely chaotic day in which you have to do the work, have multiple calls and do 02 presentations (since it is a 02 day trial) at the end of the day. You have access to all the systems and data, which just makes the feeling of doing free work stronger and, all the tasks were extremely demanding and mentally exhausted. Im sure new hires have an onboarding process before they start with a more heavy work which is no the case when you are doing the trial days, you just have to jump in there and work. It is really a shame that the process is like this because I would consider applying to more positions since the company seems good and with lots of interesting things to do but I wont apply again until they change this terrible process.
