Interview
The interview process was very easy at my location. First you apply online and pick the location you are applying for. Then Human Resources usually get back to you the next day and they ask you to set up a date for interview. While you are waiting for the interview date HR runs a background check. And when you go to your interview they usually ask you a couple of easy questions. Mine included why I wanted to work at Kohl's and what I could get from the job. After a brief 15 minute interview I was told they wanted to hire me and then I signed some forms. Soon after you will hear back from your location about scheduling you and training.

Interview
Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.

How would you handle a situation in where a customer is upset
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.
