put in a application and get a call back to come in and interview with a manager. then you get a second interview where you have a group of applicants with you during the second interview during this process if your answers are the same as other applicants then you'll get the job. don't be an outsider or different go with the group.

Interview
The interviewing process is a group interview with about 5 to 6 people in the room and there should be at least two employees present (specifically store manager and area supervisor/assistant store manager). They will also ask everyone the same question as they ask you and it will just go around the table so a suggestion would be to sit in the middle. They also ask you to fill out forms with your availability and references.
