Interview
I applied early Friday morning (4am) later at 10am I received a call for an interview on Monday. I prepared for a group interview because that's what most people on here said that's how the interviews were but mine was 1:1 but there were other people waiting. I was offered the job on the spot all that had to happen was my background check had to pass. I went in slacks and a nice blouse and some flats. **Review the questions that people post on here!!! They really help. Somewhere in the interview mention their 'Yes We Can' program they'll love that. If you don't know what it is research it. Other than that there wasn't really any unexpected questions that you wont find on here. Just go in with confidence, smile, be friendly and show that you are a peoples person.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Orlando, FL)

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Batavia, IL) in Nov 2017
Interview
A few standard questions were asked-availability, what would you do first in certain situations, tell me about your experience. Pay was not discussed and experience did not earn you any more money.
