Very straightforward. 2-3 interviews then when straight to negotiation and offer. Did not have a technical interview as an AE. Interviewed with recruiter, then hiring manager, then another team member, then went to offer
3 stage interview, 1 with the HR basic intro and experience etc. 2 general aptitude test. 3 with the hiring manager based on the aptitudes results. All round are pretty much easy to get into.

Interview
Spent 7 interviews talking to the leadership team without a clear job title in mind for an offer. My chief concern was a lot of folks on here and elsewhere mentioning the lack of a clear direction, constant layoffs. The leadership team confirmed that most of their recent hires were bad… to me that reflected a lack of leadership structure more than anything. After all that time, got ghosted with no response. They did not ask any technical questions which was a major red flag for tech roles. Doesn’t seem to be much job stability here, which will be key as they scale.
