Spent 7 interviews talking to the leadership team without a clear job title in mind for an offer. My chief concern was a lot of folks on here and elsewhere mentioning the lack of a clear direction, constant layoffs. The leadership team confirmed that most of their recent hires were bad… to me that reflected a lack of leadership structure more than anything. After all that time, got ghosted with no response. They did not ask any technical questions which was a major red flag for tech roles. Doesn’t seem to be much job stability here, which will be key as they scale.
