Interview
I had a group interview with multiple managers asking typical HR type questions. Asked me the same questions multiple times. They led me to believe it was a high pressure, fast paced environment.
First with Terminal Manager to review experience or skills, if accepted next interview will be with the Business leader. The Business Leader decision seals the selection process but mainly based on Terminal managers assessment.
