Kirby Corporation interview questions

Applied through a staffing agency. Got the first interview. The interview went well. I followed up with the staffing agent a week after the interview. They moved forward with another candidate because I was lacking of experience they’re looking for.

Spoke with several people within the organization. More experience and cultural questions - not extremely difficult. Process took a few months to hear back. Would recommend speaking/reading about the industry before interview
