Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals interview questions

There were multiple rounds of interviews both virtually and in-person. Recruitment team was great to interview with. They have all applicants interview with the CEO, who left in the middle of my interview. I think his mind was made up prior to walking in the room with me. They seem to still be figuring out a cohesive interview process, because overall it was pretty lengthy and chaotic. Quite unfortunate to have applicants come into the office multiple times just to not extend an offer.
