King Living interview questions

I had two on screen interviews and went into the showroom to meet the team. I felt like the interviews went well and went in to meet their team in the showroom upon the recommendation of the second person with whom I interviewed. They told me that they thought I could be a great fit and that they would be in touch at the end of the following week. Two weeks later I had not heard anything so I followed up. After no response for another week, I followed up again and a few days later the first person with whom I interviewed responded to say that they did not know and that the second person was now in charge of the hiring process. I never heard anything from that second person. The frustrating part is not being rejected - that happens and I respect their decision. But personally I believe that having two interviews and putting in the the effort to travel and introduce myself to the team in person (after it was suggested to me) warrants, at the very least, an email letting me know that I didn't get the job. Overall I got the feeling that this is a very disorganized company without much accountability and/or communication between departments.
