I applied online. First, I was contacted by their recruiter. We arranged the date for the interview. The interview was held a week after the first conversation. It was a conference call, and the questions were both technical and general. I was interviewed by two guys which were very pleasant. One of them was their technical lead, the other was a producer. Questions were not too hard, they required basic-intermediate knowledge of C++.
The next step was a programming task. I had to implement a game similar to Candy Crush Saga, in C++, within a week period. I got the rejection call by the same recruiter after a week. However, I did not understand half of what she was saying because she was talking way too fast, plus the fact she was not a native English speaker.
They probably wanted to hire someone with much more experience and I think they wanted to see more advanced object-oriented model and at least some design patterns implemented.
